Requests for Proposals (RFP)
Returning Officer for By-election
The City of Wetaskiwin is seeking proposals from individuals, organizations, and/or businesses for the delivery of Returning Officer Services for the municipal by-election 2023. The Returning Officer ensures the municipal by-election is conducted transparently and fairly. A municipal by-election must be conducted in accordance with the Local Authorities Election Act (LAEA). The responsibilities of the Returning Officer are listed throughout the LAEA.
The City is seeking proposals to meet the minimum requirements for service delivery as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Bidders are invited to provide alternative options or solutions to address the service need.

Community Recreation and Facilities Naming Rights: Drill Hall
The City of Wetaskiwin invites proposals from parties interested in securing naming rights for the Drill Hall, arena 1 and 2, and arena dressing rooms.
