  • There are 18 parking lots covering approximately 40,000 square metres which are cleared by City workers.
  • City trucks haul away approximately 20,000 cubic metres of snow per season.
  • Nearly 2,000 tonnes of sand are distributed through the winter, as well as 60 tonnes of rock chip for residential ice control and 200 tonnes of road salt.
